  1. These are really scary thoughts. Viruses are really hard to kill so if something like the avian flu took hold in a highly populated area it could be devastating. Do you think preventative actions should be taken prior to an outbreak? Such as scientist developing vaccines so another, only worse, happening like H1N1 doesn't break out again?

  2. Well, that sounds like a whole bunch of fun. The worst part about all these ailments are that there is no way to avoid them unless you are a hermit.

  3. That's interesting that these diseases could be widespread. I think that TB is widespread, but I'm not positive.

  4. How is climate change going to bring about all these diseases? Its scary to think about but I won't get worried until its proven.

  5. This is scary to think it might happen. Since it would be hard to keep away from them if they were in your area! What is something to do to prevent this?

  6. Its very true about what Gabby said because avoiding thing like this is very hard and if you do have a virus then there is not a whole lot you can do other then wait and feel terrible until its over. The Yellow fever thing is kinda scary because you can't avoid every mosquito thats out there and knowing that such a common insect can carry different sicknesses really sucks.

  7. This is very scary to know! It is sad to me as somebody who tries to do their part for the environment that there are people who are so careless and play a bigger part in things like this. It is frusturating that people wait until it is already a problem, and don't take preventive actions.
